Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Jules Smith Beauty products or products not bought online at JulesSmithBeauty.com. If your item is damaged or defective, please email email@example.com and we will issue you a return authorization number.
In the case that your item is damaged or defective, your return will be processed upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 7-10 business days from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Your product must be returned with all of the original packaging.
